Breathing is one of the few automatic body functions that we can control, giving us the ability to regulate our autonomic nervous system by consciously breathing. The simple art of breathing can alleviate our stress and increase our immunity.

My gift to you is this beautiful circle of breath. Simply engage the diaphragm and consciously breathe slowly into your belly with the pattern.
