In this class, you will learn the health benefits of probiotics and prebiotics. We will make kombucha and taste many different variations. You will leave with all the knowledge you need to make delicious, sparkling Kombucha at home.

Kefir Fermenting Class
In this class, you will learn about Probiotics and Prebiotics. Make and taste delicious, bubbly kefir. We will make dairy kefir, non-dairy kefir and water keffir.
$33 includes hands-on demo, tasting, and your own kefir grains.
Probiotic Fermented Vegetables
Learn the health benefits of probiotics and prebiotics. You will make either sauerkraut or kimchi to take home. Taste test and learn different variations of fermented veg including honey fermented garlic, black garlic, basil fermented tomatoes, dill cucumbers and many more. Take home your own sauerkraut or kimchi and all the knowledge you need to ferment your veggies at home.
