IMMUNITY – Exercise #2 – Quick Coherence®


You only need as little as 5 mins each day to boost your immune system.

The power of the Quick Coherence Technique comes from positive emotions. Breathing into your heart-space and experiencing feelings like love, care, and gratitude make our bodies function at it’s best. When our body and brain work better together, we feel better and we perform better.

Here’s how to do it :-

Watch the pattern, focus your attention in the area of your heart. Imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart. Breathing slower and deeper than usual. See if you can match your breathing to the pattern on the screen. Continue to focus on your heart. Breath in through your heart-space and out through your heart-space.

Now remember the feeling you have for someone you love, or a time when you felt immense joy, or the care you have for your pet. Feel this feeling in your heart. Focus on this feeling in your heart. Continue to breath long and slow breaths and continue to focus on the high vibrational feeling.

Practice this for as little as 5 minutes each day and your immune system will be boosted.
