When you've got some over-ripe bananas, make this delicious and guilt-free banana bread.
You will notice the use of maple syrup as a sweetener in this recipe. Maple syrup does not cause a spike in our blood sugar as much as cane sugar. If you are astute and able to listen to your body wisdom, you will notice that you do not get a sugar high from a piece of this banana bread.
