Coherence is defined as the quality of becoming a unified whole.

Imagine being able to function at your optimum level, where your body communicates with your brain, the rhythm of your needs and values are in sync, and your emotions guide your daily choices.

When you feel whole you have the ability to feel more capable and calm. Life becomes easier and your dreams are aligned with your reality.

Science has proven that coherence in your body brings your cells into a healing state. Your nervous system, hormonal system, energetic system, and electrical system all function at their optimal level which energizes your body on a cellular level.

Weekly Connection


6 weeks

Each week we will connect via Zoom for 1 - 1.5 hours on Saturday at 9 am AEST.

If you can't make the Zoom call, it will be recorded and accessible in the Facebook group.

Weekly exercise

You will receive an exercise to complete each week. Most of these exercises will take you no more than 15 mins each day or can be incorporated into your day.

Join the others who are on this journey with you. Discuss your weekly tasks, your wins, and your challenges. Receive support and guidance. 


I've spent most of my life trying to prove that I'm good enough. Caring for cancer patients to show that I'm a good person, caring for everyone else except myself. And I became more cynical, depressed, and unwell every day until I changed the way I looked at myself.  

After learning to love me, I can now see that I am a good person, I don't have to prove it to anyone. I now nurture others because I love people and I love their stories.


Let me guide you onto the path of liking yourself and maybe even loving yourself in this short course.
